We are master upholsterers using time-honored traditions. There is artistry in that. But to live up to our goal of creating seating that is truly artful, individual and compelling, really special textiles are essential.
So every day, we collaborate with weavers, fabric designers and artists to create totally new textiles and fabric treatments for individual pieces of furniture. Our friends travel to meet creators of traditional fabrics across Asia (and Europe and...), so we can import something totally unique and gorgeous. We talk to everyone we know about new processes and creators here at home. We even have our own fabric designs hand woven for us.
